1. Service Description

We provide a personalized digital service for dating profile optimization, including analysis of uploaded screenshots and photos, practical recommendations, and result delivery via website and email. The analysis is technically generated using services from OpenAI.

2. Personalized Service, No Refund Policy

Once service execution has started, there is no refund policy and no claim for reimbursement.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome

The provided output consists of recommendations only. We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, effectiveness, or that using the service will lead to more matches, replies, or dates.

4. Data Deletion on Request

Users may request deletion of uploaded data and generated analysis results at any time through the results page or by contacting us.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for uploading only content they are authorized to use and for not submitting unlawful content.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies to the extent legally permissible.
